The role

We are looking for a high performing, results oriented Business Development Representative  (BDR) to assist in growing EnPowered's partner base. Reporting to the BDR Team Lead, you will play a key role in continuing the rapid growth EnPowered has achieved by assisting the Growth team in acquiring new partners while supporting our overall GTM efforts. 


What you'll do

  • Build the sales pipeline and revenue for the time through outreach emails, calls & qualification
  • Create & prioritize target accounts & contact lists
  • Be the first touch point that articulates the EnPowered value proposition to potential targets
  • Partner with Account Executives to help generate meetings & sales pipeline
  • Respond to inbound leads with target lead response time and strategically qualify leads that are sales-ready with clear expectations on next steps
  • Develop strategies & methods for converting leads into partners 
  • Work with Sales & Marketing on programs that help drive revenue growth

  • You possess strong communication (written and verbal),  negotiation, follow-up, and presentation skills
