What are the different types of notifications?

When receiving notifications from EnPowered there are three different configurations:

  • Email and Text - the most common setting this ensures that users will receive both email and text messages for all participating programs. Messages will be sent to the email address and phone number associated with your account.
  • Email only - allows users to only receive email notifications.
  • Text only - allows users to only receive text message notifications.

Both users and administrators have the ability to configure how users will receive notifications.
